Mechanical Project Manager – West Yorkshire
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + car & package
Hours: Full time, permanent
The Opportunity
We’re working with a respected building services contractor in West Yorkshire who are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing business delivering high-quality M&E schemes.
The Role
*
Manage mechanical building services projects typically in the £1m–£5m range.
*
Oversee planning, procurement, and delivery to ensure programme and budget are achieved.
*
Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
*
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
*
Monitor financial performance, variations, and project reporting.
*
Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures.
About You
*
Proven background in mechanical project management within the building services sector.
*
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
*
Confident communicator with clients, consultants, and site teams.
*
Capable of running multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
*
Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering) desirable.
