Top of the wish list is an Energy Assessor who is able to operate under limited supervision and provide detailed high-quality work.The ideal candidate will:Have a non-domestic energy assessor qualification.Have experience in the construction industryHave experience with TAS software, although experience with similar packages such as IES VE or DesignBuilder is also acceptableHave a clean driving licence.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the DirectorsProducing building models and load schedules for plant selectionsProducing SBEM’s and EPC’sEnergy surveysPreparing energy statements for planning.Producing BREEAM reports i.e. Thermal Comfort, Passive Design, Low Zero Carbon, TM54 Operational Energy, etc.The appointed candidate can look forward to working on a wide range of interesting projects, working closely with high profile customers.
