As a Senior Neonatal Nurse, you’ll play a key role in a close‑knit team delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care within our British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM) Standard Neonatal Unit. Based at Noble’s Hospital, you’ll support babies and families through a full range of services, including Neonatal Intensive Care, High Dependency and Special Care, Community Outreach, Audiometry, and Air Ambulance Services. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred neonatal care in the BAPM Standard Neonatal Unit. Maintain a manageable caseload, work within a strong team culture and expand your skills, lead by example and shape the future of neonatal care on the Isle.
