As a Senior Neonatal Nurse, you’ll play a key role in a close‑knit team delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care within our British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM) Standard Neonatal Unit. Based at Noble’s Hospital, you’ll support babies and families through a full range of services, including Neonatal Intensive Care, High Dependency and Special Care, Community Outreach, Audiometry, and Air Ambulance Services. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred neonatal care in the BAPM Standard Neonatal Unit. Support babies and families through Neonatal Intensive Care, High Dependency and Special Care, Community Outreach, Audiometry and Air Ambulance Services. Maintain a manageable caseload, work within a strong team culture and expand your skills, lead by example and shape the future of neonatal care on the Isle. What you need Neonatal Qualified in Speciality qualification (ENB 405 or equivalent) Registration with the NMC Mentoring and Assessing course / Practice supervisor workshop Current Neonatal Life Support certificate Sufficient post registration experience Making the Isle of Man your new home Whether you’re relocating solo or with your family, the Isle of Man offers a lifestyle that’s hard to match. A workplace that rewards you Earn more at Band 6 with salaries which are higher than and separate to UK NHS pay bands. Unlike the UK, your pay will increase after 12 months. You will also receive an additional £1,000 in your 1st, 13th and 25th payslips, in recognition of your work with Manx Care. Keep more of the money you earn with the Isle of Man’s tax rate of 21% (compared to the UK’s 40%). Cheaper accommodation in your first 6 months and then help to pay your rent/mortgage afterwards with a housing assistance allowance.
