An Architectural Practice is seeking a CDM Professional to act as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor for a range of exciting new build projects. This consultancy has been established for over 20 years, achieving steady growth by prioritizing the quality of their processes over quantity. The CDM Consultant Role

As a Principal Designer & CDM Advisor, you will manage and advise on all design safety risks for the portfolio of projects within the Pre-construction phase and ongoing phases. There will be a team of CDM Advisors & Architects to support your work. This is a client-facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (required)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a CDM role (required)
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
