Responsibilities Lead and manage daily production activities to achieve ≥98% OTIF. Own the 12‑week production plan, ensuring capacity, labour, materials, tooling, and maintenance readiness. Drive adherence to schedules, freeze horizons, and SOPs. Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational meetings, escalating risks early. Work cross‑functionally with Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to remove constraints. Deliver strong operational KPIs: OEE, first‑pass yield, scrap/rework reduction, safety compliance. Lead structured problem‑solving (8D/A3) and continuous improvement projects (SMED, 5S, visual management). Manage, coach, and develop 3 shift supervisors. Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management Systems. Qualifications Proven experience as Manufacturing Manager or equivalent leadership in high‑volume/mix production. 7+ years manufacturing experience with demonstrable OTIF, OEE, and FPY improvements. Deep knowledge of Lean tools (5S, SMED, A3, problem‑solving, visual management). Experience managing multi‑shift operations and leading cross‑rotation teams. Hands‑on scheduling, capacity planning, ERP/MRP system expertise. Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and HSE standards. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
