Strong attention to detail and reliability, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and consistently while supporting your team. Flexibility to be cross-trained across different areas, showing openness to new challenges and a willingness to broaden your expertise. A recognised qualification in engineering or electronics (preferred), or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your technical capability. Hands-on experience in manufacturing or a similar environment, with sound engineering skills across mechanical, electronic, or electrical disciplines. Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset, ideally with knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and a commitment to contributing positively to an inclusive workplace culture.
