With our fleet of 600+ aircraft, including the new Boeing 737-8200 ‘Gamechanger’ and 300 Boeing 737 MAX 10 on order, this is an excellent time to join our team, advance your career and join Europe’s leading airline.Duties and Responsibilities:Reporting directly to the Ryanair Engineering Technical Standards Manager and working in collaboration with senior management, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring and assuring internal compliance across the Region’s 25 Line Maintenance Stations. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Develop, implement and maintain Engineering Standards across all Line Stations to ensure consistency and compliance.Lead initiatives to improve compliance, share best practice and drive effectivity of engineering processes.Conduct on-site audits and internal assessments to ensure adherence to company procedures (MOE/Handbooks etc) and EASA/UK CAA Part-145 and Part-M regulations.Engagement with Senior Management, Quality Assurance, Responsible Managers and stakeholders to ensure all non-compliances are appropriately actioned on time.Analysing non-compliances to develop and deliver specific task training for problematic areas to prevent reoccurrence.Liaising with the Technical Standards Department to standardise workflow and Line Station requirements across the wider Ryanair Group network.Collaborate with maintenance engineers and operational managers to support continuous improvement initiatives and remove barriers to effective compliance.Providing a consolidated weekly report to the Senior UK Management and Technical Standards Department, which shall include at a minimum the above-mentioned points.RequirementsQualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field or hold an EASA/UK CAA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.Proven experience in Aviation and Aircraft Maintenance, preferably within Line Maintenance.Excellent working knowledge of EASA/UK CAA Part 145 and experience in managing audits and compliance checks.Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Essential) & AMOS Software (Desirable).Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate others in reaching the highest level of service and quality.Right to Work and live in the UK.Why Ryanair?Competitive salary and pension.Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment with values individual excellence and teamwork.Play a critical role in shaping and elevating the company’s engineering practices.Career development and growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
