Job Role: Delivering pre-set cover work to primary classes Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Building positive relationships with pupils and staff Working in a Primary School setting on a day-to-day or short-term basis Teaching in roles suited to your preferences: full time, part time or flexible cover Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) Experience teaching in a Primary School across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Strong understanding of the National Curriculum Ability to deliver cover work effectively and independently Adaptable and confident working in different schools and age groups Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities Our Promise To You We promise that we will never pressure you into working and will only offer you work where and when you want it, allowing you to fit work around your other commitments – giving you a great work life balance.
