Ideally good experience of the legal, planning, and technical consent, adoption and contract procedures for the design and implementation of highway and drainage in new developments and regeneration projects including Section 38/278 and/or Section 104 agreements.Experience applying the principles, design codes and standards set out Manual for Streets, Local Authority Design guides, the SuDS Manual, DCG, etc. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about creating sustainable and successful developments.
