About the Role The Salesforce Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritising, and driving the Salesforce product roadmap across regions. They ensure the platform meets business needs while maintaining scalability, data quality, and adherence to best practices and governance standards. This role is central to enabling adoption, supporting phased rollouts to international markets, and maximising the value of Salesforce across the organisation. Responsibilities Own, maintain, and prioritise the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities, platform best practices, and technical scalability. Define and communicate a clear, achievable product roadmap for Salesforce across all geographies. Translate business requirements into well‑defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans. Act as the voice of the customer and key decision‑maker for Salesforce platform changes. Collaborate closely with Internal Products, Data, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to gather requirements and align on priorities. Partner with IT & Compliance to ensure adherence to security, data protection, and governance frameworks. Work with Data Engineering to ensure smooth integrations and consistent data flows into and out of Salesforce. Drive Salesforce adoption in North America and coordinate phased rollouts to additional international markets. Develop and execute adoption plans, including communication, training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Monitor usage, identify adoption barriers, and drive improvements to user experience and business outcomes. Balance business demands with platform standards to avoid technical debt and ensure long‑term sustainability. Champion platform governance, including consistent configuration practices, naming conventions, and data hygiene. Ensure changes are tested, documented, and deployed following defined change‑management processes. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release execution in collaboration with administrators, developers, and project teams. Monitor delivery performance and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers. Ensure the platform remains reliable, secure, and optimised for business needs. Essential Criteria 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Product Owner, Admin, or CRM Product Management experience. Proven experience managing backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritising competing business needs. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud a plus). Experience driving adoption and change across multiple business units or regions. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non‑technical teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Desirable Criteria Salesforce Administrator or Product Owner certifications (e.g., ADM201, Business Analyst, Strategy Designer). Experience supporting a global business with multi‑region Salesforce deployments. Experience in SaaS or subscription‑based business models.
