Job Title : Night Shift Vehicle Mechanic Reporting to : Workshop Manager Department : MechanicalAre you a Vehicle Mechanic, with 3+ years' experience? Are you a great problem solver? If so, this might be the right role for youWe have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarket's in-house mechanical team in Watford stocking 1000+ used cars).You will be working in our own state-of-the-art workshop. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality 'First Time Fix'. What will I be doing? Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard What do I need for this role? Your own tools 3+ years experience as a vehicle technician Understand and comply with health and safety standards A full and valid Driving Licence It will be a bonus if you had: MOT Tester qualification NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+ The Package Pay ranges from £30k-£60k basic, with OTE up to £80k+ Performance bonus Other Benefits include Annual holiday - 28 days Working Hours: (two different shifts available) Option 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (30 minute break) - Every other Saturday Option 2: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm (30 minute lunch) - Every other SaturdayOvertime availableIf you're keen to learn more about this opportunity, apply now with your CV.INDHPJob Type: Full-timePay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per yearBenefits: Company events Employee discountExperience: Motor Vehicle Mechanics: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
