Responsibilities You’ll be part of taking care of our young people day to day, ensuring things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. As a shift leader you will support the staff team and ensure the home operates to high standards, prepared to deputise for the Team Leader. You’ll relate to and build relationships with our young people. You’ll be compassionate, emotionally resilient, and supportive, and you’ll provide leadership that inspires your colleagues.
