Lead Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Supervisor Location: Leicester and surrounding areas Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year plus overtime and van use. Close working relationships with high profile retail clients, ensuring long term contracts and security. Dedicated to all aspects of service and reactive maintenance on a wide range of appliances including air conditioning such as AHUs, VRVs, VRFs, splits etc. Operating a team of multi-skilled engineers across the UK with a commitment to training and developing high calibre staff. Excellent reputation for delivering quality and high standards of service. Candidate Profile Recognised air conditioning qualifications including f‑Gas, City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent are beneficial. Good customer service skills, well presented and articulate with ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Experience in air conditioning service and maintenance contracts with strong trouble‑shooting skills. Looking to progress with a forward‑thinking, up‑and‑coming business. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support a small team of HVAC engineers, providing technical support and development while working in the field. Based from home and operating on a mobile basis, carry out service and preventive planned maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning appliances. Overall responsibility for problematic repairs and diagnostics/troubleshooting of air conditioning appliances. Lead small works projects/upgrades. Availability and opportunity for overtime. Personal use of the company van. Private healthcare after qualifying period.
