We are currently hiring an experienced, motivated, and hardworking Assistant Store Manager for our Domino's Pizza Stores in West Lothian, Scotland. Minimum of 18 months of work experience at a former Domino's Pizza store. Qualities Required Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. A proactive, hands‑on approach with excellent communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Take full control of FLM. Lead, motivate, and train your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Take charge of stock control, inventory management, and store ordering systems. Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and health standards, including HACCP regulations. Recruit and develop team members, fostering a positive and high‑performing environment. Respond to customer feedback, using it to improve service and store performance. Achieve sales, labour, and food cost targets, ensuring profitability. Implement marketing strategies and promote upselling to maximise sales. Ensure all team members adhere to Domino’s UK standards and policies. Always have the store ready for a 5‑star O.E.R. inspection. If necessary, we can assist with obtaining a work visa. However, due to frequent changes in sponsorship rules, obtaining a visa has become quite challenging.
