Our client is offering a valuable opportunity to join a highly acclaimed asbestos company with a large nationwide client base. This company is currently seeking the services of an experienced and multi‑skilled Lead Asbestos Consultant / Project Manager based in the Bradford area. The successful applicant will hold the P402/3/4 asbestos certificates and will have excellent hands‑on experience carrying out technical asbestos surveys and air monitoring duties to a varied site base. In return the company are offering the opportunity to under‑take a spilt site / project management role. Applications from Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds, and surrounding areas will be considered. Qualifications & Experience Hold the P402/3/4 asbestos certificates or the RSPH equivalent. Experience working in this role within the asbestos industry (e.g. project management, surveying). Good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Key Responsibilities Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on a wide variety of properties. Write and review technical and survey reports effectively. Plan abatement and survey works in accordance with current legislation. Manage and supervise surveyors/analysts/contractors and office staff. Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to in relation to asbestos. Liaise with the company’s clients and deal with any issues appropriately.
