You will manage the day-to-dayflow of the elective list, adapting to changes as they arise, and maintainup-to-date knowledge of surgical equipment through ongoing training. Workingcollaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will providehigh-quality, person-centred care to every patient.Thesuccessful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work autonomously andhave excellent communication and organisational skills. He/she willplay a key role in the assessment of patient care needs and the development,implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.Thejobholder will play an essential role assisting Senior Sister/Team Leader inleading and teaching the cardiac catheter lab team.
