We are seeking a Junior Management Accountant – LVMH Fashion Group UK to join our dynamic Finance team. The role reports to the Finance Controller and collaborates closely with local management and headquarters in Paris. Responsibilities Month end entries (prepayment, accruals, fixed assets) and monthly closings and reporting Posting and reconciliation of IFRS16 leases Preparation of monthly profit and loss accounts and variance analysis Preparation of monthly balance sheets and liaison with Consolidation teams in Paris Review and full reconciliation of all balance sheet balances Input of consolidation/reporting package (Group tool) Reporting analyses (cash flow, debt, corporation tax) Coordination of year end audit with external auditors Preparation of VAT returns and bank reconciliations Reconciliation and clearing of concessions accounts and cash and credit card sales payments Operational support to stores and other Head Office departments Other ad hoc projects (digitalisation of petty cash, participation in stock take, store support) Qualifications Qualified or part qualified ACCA/CIMA/Equivalent Experience of accounts preparation, VAT and corporation tax Experience in retail industry Strong reconciliation skills with very good attention to detail Strong technical skills (UK GAAP and IFRS) JDE and SAP experience desirable Interpersonal Skills Strong communications and interpersonal skills and a pro‑active approach to challenges Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines French speaker is a plus At LVMH, people make the difference in the art of crafting dreams.
