Manage SIT, UAT, regression, and OAT for policy, claims, and financial systems. Collaborate with actuarial, finance, data governance, and IT teams for full test coverage. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and non-functional requirements. Drive stakeholder engagement across IFRS17, actuarial, and statutory reporting domains. Oversee performance, financial controls, and service assurance adherence. Support go-live readiness through cutover planning and post‑implementation validation. Maintain operational stability and quality throughout the program lifecycle. Your Profile 20+ years in QA/Quality Engineering with strong technical background. 10+ years in delivery test management for complex transformation programs. Proven experience in finance and actuarial program management. Expertise in insurance data, claims processing, and financial reporting. Hands‑on with ETL testing, SQL, and enterprise reporting tools. Strong knowledge of SAP GL, MDM tools (Ataccama), and actuarial reserving processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with governance frameworks, change management, and regulated environments.
