Job Title: Field Sales Representative (AFH)Location: Stratford Upon AvonContract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract – Permanent About Your Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category and interact with a variety of customers, including independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés. We’re looking for you No experience? No problem We provide full training, plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed. We’re looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active and thrives in a hands‑on role. You have a UK driving licence or equivalent. You are eligible to work in the UK. You live within a 60‑minute commute from the role’s location. Mandated skills: influencing and negotiation, experience driving positive outcomes with customers, securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations. Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication, and reporting. Strong ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets. Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales. Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively. Speaking Hindi is desirable but not essential.
