Job Title:** General Labourer

**Location:** Droitwich, Worcestershire

**Pay Rate:** £18

**Hours:** 07:30am - 17:30pm

**Duration:** 2 days

Overview

Active (Pathways) Solutions are seeking skilled and motivated General Labourer for a 2 day project in Deeside on a Solar Farm. The work is general site cleaning and taking down harris fencing.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* Valid and up-to-date documentation – including CSCS/ECS card, Safety Passport.

* Verifiable references – able to provide evidence of experience and competency.

We’re Looking for Individuals Who:

* Show excellent attention to detail – ensuring precision, quality, and safety at all times.

* Work effectively as part of a team – collaborating with multi-discipline site crews.

* Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills – adapting confidently to changing site conditions.

Desirable Additional Qualifications

Having any of the following would be an advantage:

* IPAF (MEWP)

* Telehandler (CPCS or NPORS)

* PASMA

* First Aid

* Manual Handling

* Abrasive Wheels

* Other relevant industry-related courses
