IPR Reactive Governance Specialist, TikTok Shop, EMEA

Overview IPR Reactive Governance Specialist, TikTok Shop, EMEA Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert for intellectual property rights policy, focusing on reactive governance and the strategy to accurately process infringement notifications filed in the EMEA region on the TikTok Shop IPPC. Create and enhance content policies, processes, and frameworks to minimize IPR risk from a reactive governance approach. Identify gaps, loopholes, and deficiencies in governance policy, process, and metrics, and initiate projects to improve quality. Work closely with our moderation and vendor teams to improve quality and efficiency metrics. Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure IPR protection is enforced across TikTok Shop, including conducting trainings to educate XFN teams. Collect data and conduct segmentation analysis to minimize IPR risk on the platform. Handle High-Priority escalations to ensure bad actor behaviour is caught and handled in a timely manner. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields. 2-5 years' experience in one or more of the following areas: Intellectual Property Operations, Risk Management, Trust and Safety, or Policy Development in the E-commerce or other tech industry companies. Strong project or programme management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with different business units and technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to build meaningful policies and successfully implement policies at a global level.
