This opportunity would suit candidates who are experienced practitioners and those looking for an entry into the Post 16 education sector.The ALS Assistant position plays an important role in collaborative working within the wider support team of personal mentors, guidance counsellors and the counselling team, as well as with curriculum staff and external professionals, where regular liaison and evaluation of support strategies are discussed and adapted.
