This role suits someone with 6+ years' experience looking to step into greater technical and mentoring responsibility. Senior Geotechnical Engineer Job Overview Lead and deliver geotechnical elements of site investigation and design projects Provide technical direction for junior engineers and support their development Oversee data review, factual/interpretive reporting and geotechnical design input Coordinate with internal specialists to ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery Act as a senior point of contact for clients on project progress and technical matters Senior Geotechnical Engineer Job Requirements 6+ years' geotechnical engineering experience within consultancy or ground investigation Strong background in site investigation design, supervision and logging Competent in geotechnical analysis and preparation of interpretive reports Solid understanding of CDM, health and safety and regulatory standards Ability to manage workloads independently while supporting junior team members Full UK driving licence Senior Geotechnical Engineer Salary & Benefits 45,000 - 50,000 salary 31 days holiday including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown Hybrid working pattern with office, home and site flexibility Company pension scheme Professional fees covered with chartership support 1,000 chartership attainment bonus Company vehicles available plus laptop, mobile, PPE and workwear provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
