About the role To manage the delivery of accounts work across the service line, ensuring team members adherence to required standards, and accounts work is completed on time, to standard and within budget. Responsibilities Ensure the implementation of all relevant client accounts work ensuring effective team workflow. Manage budget and timelines on accounts jobs in progress. Participate in accounts planning meetings. Ensure full implementation of all client accounts work in line with agreed budget ensuring adherence to The KR Way standards of performance document, with completed accounts ready for manager sign off. Monitor work progress and ensure appropriate levels of communication with all clients and internal stakeholders on progress for each key task or phase. Act as a key point of contact for nominated clients so as to manage all their accounts compliance & other service requirements. Attend client meetings as required. Return phone calls and written correspondence within required deadline and ensure promises are kept. Assist with service line and firmwide initiatives and team such as KR Foundation Scope/Reach & Key Relationships. Work with all those involved in delivery of accounts work Partners and employees who are key stakeholders in accounts work across the Service Line. Client contacts Act as a key point of contact for nominated clients and manage all their accounts compliance & other service requirements, attend client meetings, return phone calls and written correspondence within required deadline, and ensure promises are kept. What we’re looking for ACA/ACCA part qualified.
