Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time 22.5-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in John Lewis Kingston As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows : Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products. Brow services - Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments. Teamwork- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met. Promotions and Special Events- Supporting both in store or external events and charity events. Administration- An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration. Hygiene and Housekeeping- You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times. Responsibilities The Bene-Fit for a Brow and Beauty Expert : Dynamic, enthusiastic Passion for make-up and Retail Result-oriented, who likes a challenge Desire to provide a unique customer experience Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods. Minimum 6 months retail experience Qualifications Bold Brows and even Bolder Opportunities as a Brow and Beauty Expert The brand behind Benetint, The POREfessional, BADgal BANG, and probably at least one eyebrow product in your bag.
