Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager - Stratford upon Avon - up to £45k package + Pool CarA fabulous opportunity has arisen to join this leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the area. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone with experience working as a Sales Negotiator and ideally with local area knowledge. This is a great opportunity to join this really friendly team where ongoing training and career progression is highly encouraged.Main Duties for the Estage Agent Role:Assisting in managing the Sales DepartmentMeeting and registering new applicantsOrganising and carrying out viewingsMaintain regular contact with Clients and applicantsNegotiate any offers receivedHave an in-depth understanding of the local market placeWork closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise themSkills Required:Previous estate agency sales experience essentialGreat customer service skillsGood people skillsSmart, well-spoken and articulateAmbitious, self-motivated and drivenFull UK driving license (Parking provided)Hours of work: 8:45am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays 9:30am to 3pm (flexible), with 1 day off per month in lieu #J-18808-Ljbffr
