Technical Manager

DIGI Europe is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our engineering, software, electronics and IT teams, and to shape the next generation of our weighing, labelling and automation systems. In this senior role, you will act as the company’s technical authority, architecting complete technology stacks (electronics, embedded firmware, software, networking, mechanical integration) and driving long-term product strategy in alignment with Teraoka HQ. What you’ll do: Lead cross-disciplinary engineering, software and IT teams Oversee development of embedded and PC-based platforms (Delphi/Pascal, C, C#, .NET) Own major engineering projects and product lifecycle management Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and compliance Represent DIGI at senior technical level with HQ, suppliers and customers What we’re looking for: Strong leadership across electronics, software, IT or embedded systems Experience managing complex engineering projects Solid understanding of IT/cybersecurity, industrial systems or automation Engineering/technical degree or equivalent experience Company Description Founded in 1989 and based in Haverhill Suffolk UK, DIGI Europe Limited had grown into a market leader in the development and supply of advanced industrial weigh labelling equipment into the worlds food processing industries.
