Location: Crayford Salary: £24,857 per year (increases after probation) Hours: Monday – Thursday 7am–4pm, Friday 7am–11.15am Job type: Full‑time, permanent Bridge Recruitment is helping an established client recruit for an experienced Soldering & Assembly Worker to join their ever‑expanding team. Responsibilities Mixing and filling electronic assemblies with 2‑part resins. Hand solder wires to printed circuit boards. Cut and prep cables. Manage own workload while reporting to a designated team leader. Test products at various stages of assembly. Identify issues for the team leader. Complete assemblies within time constraints. Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety. Produce assemblies with careful attention to detail while ensuring consistent high quality. Requirements Electrical wiring & assembly experience. Ability to read assembly and wiring drawings. Good manual dexterity. Flexible and willing to carry out different tasks as required. Proficiency with basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, soldering iron). Recent experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills.
