The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As the new trainee recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the following;
Candidate sourcing, using different job boards, advertisement and referrals
Assessing candidate suitability for roles, discussing relevant opportunities, and formatting CVs to present to clients
Supporting recruitment consultants to service schools, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
Administration support
