Job Title New Business Sales Advisor – Andover (12‑month fixed‑term contract) Job Description As the first point of contact for customers enquiring about Stannah stairlifts or homelifts, you will provide empathetic, professional support and clear information. Training is conducted in‑office with hybrid working opportunities. The role requires Monday‑Friday 8am–8pm and Saturday‑Sunday 9am–5pm hours. Responsibilities Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and web forms Conducting detailed fact‑finding to understand customer needs Advising whether Stannah can help and booking appointments for Sales Consultants Capturing accurate information within internal systems Liaising with Sales Consultants and managing their appointment diaries efficiently Sending brochures and following up on customer enquiries to convert to appointments Maintaining ongoing contact with enquiring customers to maximise conversions Qualifications Confident written and verbal communication skills Empathetic, caring approach to customer conversations and sales Strong listening skills and a desire to help customers find the right solution Ability to influence and guide customers toward the best option Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to learn, train and understand technical product details Benefits Market aligned salary, paid monthly Profit share bonus scheme, paid to all employees every quarter based on group company profits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays; holiday scheme to buy extra days’ annual leave Pension scheme with matched contribution/salary sacrifice SimplyHealth Cash Plan for health costs (e.g., dental, optical, physiotherapy, chiropody treatments) Life assurance scheme Long‑service award scheme with holiday benefit Company benefits discount rewards scheme (shop, hotel, days out, more) Employee assistance programme for well‑being Enhanced maternity and paternity provision Appropriate right to work must be held by applicants.
