OverviewJunior or Mid-Level Performance Marketer - Marketing (Germany) at iwoca Deutschland. We provide fast, flexible funding to small businesses across Europe and are scaling our in-house marketing function.ResponsibilitiesSet up new campaigns and ad groups in Google Ads and Meta Ads based on strategic decisions.Monitor campaign performance and budgets daily to quickly detect anomalies or spend variances.Execute bulk edits and uploads using Google Ads Editor.Conduct ongoing keyword research and hygiene, including analyzing search term reports and adding negative keywords.Prepare and format weekly performance reports to support strategic decision-making.Assist with in-depth analyses by providing and preparing relevant data.Ensure Looker dashboards are functional and up to date.Research competitor ads and market trends for inspiration.Support the creation of creative briefs for new ad assets and upload/organize new creatives across platforms.Execute and monitor A/B tests (e.g., ad assets, audiences, landing pages) according to plan.QualificationsYou have 1-2 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, specifically in Paid Search and Paid Social.You are proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns.You use data to drive decisions with a keen eye for detail and flawless execution.You possess a growth mindset and seek opportunities to learn and improve.You take initiative and ownership of your work, delivering high-quality results.BonusExpertise with Google Ads EditorRelevant experience in fintech or lendingCompensation & BenefitsSalary range from £30,000 to £45,000, with consideration for salary goals during application.Medical insurance, generous holiday, pension or equivalent, and other wellbeing benefits.Company events, offs ite offices, and learning opportunities (L&D budget, external speakers, access to learning platforms).Two company retreats per year and various staff perks (cycle-to-work, charity day, sabbatical options after four years).LocationGermany (Iwoca Deutschland).
