At Culina we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive… A place where you're valued, challenged, and inspired Job Description We have a great opportunity for a Transport Support Operator to join our Lutterworth Transport team on a full time permanent basis This position is responsible for debriefing drivers on a daily basis alongside providing general administration support to the Transport team. Salary:£26,265 per annum, plus £3,000 shift allowance. Working hours:4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am. Key Duties of a Transport Support Operator Correctly debriefing drivers. Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly. Scanning and storing PODs using the document management system. Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information. Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required. Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries. Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services. Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets. Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS). Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads. Qualifications Ability to work without direct supervision. Positive and adaptable attitude. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines. Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
