Healthcare Support Worker – Pre Assessment Apply for the Healthcare Support Worker – Pre Assessment role at Sulis Hospital Bath. Overview Sulis Hospital has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join our Pre‑Assessment team. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities Perform direct patient care activities as required by the registered nurses. Support the nursing team in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment. Assist with patient assessment procedures, including vital signs and basic observations. Participate in a fast‑paced, busy department, collaborating with multidisciplinary staff. Adapt to a shift pattern that includes Saturdays and flexible hours. Qualifications and Requirements Full‑time commitment: 37.5 hours per week. Permanent contract. DBS clearance required. Previous healthcare or patient care experience preferred, although motivated learners are welcome. Strong communication and organisational abilities. Flexibility and willingness to work shifts in a busy environment. Work Details Salary: £24,870 per annum. Location: Bath, England. Shifts: Various, including Saturdays.
