You will serve as a subject matter expert in FP&A and Reporting across the business, driving transformation and shaping the future of FP&A and Reporting. Role Responsibilities Drive and support FP&A transformation projects from evaluation through implementation, testing, and delivery. Develop comprehensive user documentation and facilitate engaging end‑user training sessions. Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating across departments to streamline processes and resolve technical challenges. Optimize technical solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, HFM, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools. Support the Carlsberg Britvic integration, ensuring seamless execution of both system and business requirements. Analyze complex data structures and transform large datasets to deliver actionable insights. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and workload. Experience and Key Attributes Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling. Demonstrated experience in project work with a proven track record of successful delivery. Exceptional problem‑solving abilities with a talent for connecting systems and ideas effectively. Strong understanding of data structures and experience managing large, complex datasets. Ability to work independently while efficiently supporting management objectives. Commitment to continuous improvement with meticulous attention to detail. Finance experience or accounting qualifications highly valued (part‑qualified accountant status desirable).
