Phlebotomist£20,837.25 (OTE of up to £38,000 pa with commission, expenses and overtime, expenses and benefits)We are looking to recruit from various areas around Aberdeen, including Kintore, Leylodge, Elrick, and Kemnay.If you join us, you'll be known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist and will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission to make health confidence accessible to all.The hours30 hours per week3 x 10-hour shifts per week (excluding travel time), scheduled on any 3 days between Monday and Sunday on a rolling rota.Shifts are between 6am and 10pm, based on your allocated schedule.Rota is released 3 weeks in advance.Base salary of £20,837.25 per year, with an OTE of up to £38,000 including commission, expenses, and overtime, plus standard benefits.ResponsibilitiesOur commitment to quality extends to our clinic venues and the environments you will work in across the region.Your day will start with planning your route to your assigned venue, which may involve travel from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Upon arrival, you'll set up your equipment and greet customers. You can expect to see between 15 and 22 customers daily, with appointments lasting from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the package and assessments.You will perform various health assessments, including PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and fitness tests.
