Graduate Assistant Site Manager

Supporting our London & Southeast region as a Graduate Assistant Site Manager you will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the coordination and control of the onsite construction process. As a Graduate Assistant Site Manager you will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two‑year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom‑based learning and on‑the‑job training. We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership. Application Process Please make sure you upload your current CV. Closing Date: 30 January 2026 What you’ll need 2:1 in Civil Engineering or Construction Management A genuine interest in the construction industry Demonstrated commitment to our key values – Respect, Commitment, Pioneering, Sharing A commitment to the health, safety and wellbeing of staff and supply chain members Responsibilities Support the coordination and control of the onsite construction process. Develop skills necessary to assist the project team under supervision. Participate in the graduate programme’s training and development activities.
