With a focus on excellence, inclusion, and professional development, it offers a supportive environment where lawyers can thrive and contribute meaningfully to both client success and internal initiatives.Job DescriptionThis PSL position offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced knowledge professionals, supporting one of the UK's most active corporate deal teams. Responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining precedents and guidance materials for corporate transactionsSupporting document automation projects and creating automated suitesAssisting fee earners with technical legal queries and researchDrafting legal updates and contributing to the corporate training programmePromoting knowledge sharing and resource use across the teamThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have:At least 4 years' PQE in corporate law, ideally with private equity experienceA strong interest in document automation (training provided if needed)Excellent technical, drafting, and research skillsA collaborative, detail-oriented approach and ability to work independentlyPrior PSL experience is helpful but not essentialWhat's on OfferA competitive salary in the range of £75,000 to £120,000, depending on experience and location.Permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are an experienced Professional Support Lawyer, or seeking your first role within Professional Support / Knowledge, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
