You will design and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure seamless and coordinated patient care. Your responsibilities will also include training and supervising junior staff, participating in clinical audits, and engaging in ongoing professional development to uphold high standards of practice.
