An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client, a respected independent estate agency, as an Inventory Clerk. You’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit team in Colchester on a full-time basis, working 5 days per week. Our client is ideally seeking someone with direct Inventory or Property Inspection experience, although strong property backgrounds will also be considered. The successful Inventory Clerk will be offered : Overall package circa £30,000 Ongoing training and support Clear career progression opportunities Bonuses Full funding for industry qualifications Key responsibilities as an Inventory Clerk : Conduct check-in, mid-tenancy, and check-out property inspections using iPad-based software Produce clear, accurate condition reports and send them to landlords Discuss maintenance issues with tenants and liaise with Property Managers as required Address concerns regarding poor property condition and agree simple improvement plans with tenants Mediate end-of-tenancy discussions around damages beyond fair wear and tear Prepare and submit documentation for independent adjudication when no agreement is reached If you’re organised, confident in dealing with tenants and landlords, and looking to grow your career with a supportive agency, this role could be a great fit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
