RECEPTIONIST (TEMP) If you're looking to earn some extra money before Christmas, this is the perfect opportunity for you We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to support our client based in central Southampton for a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and enjoys providing a warm and efficient front-of-house service. This role is covering from Monday 1st to Thursday 4th of December only. Key Responsibilities Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and engaging manner Managing the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable Handling incoming calls, directing queries, and taking accurate messages Supporting with general administrative tasks such as email handling, scanning, and filing Providing ad‑hoc support to internal teams as required Monitoring visitor sign-ins and following security procedures Requirements Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, approachable, and confident when interacting with visitors and staff Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks Comfortable using basic IT systems (Outlook, Word, etc.) Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (Weekly Paid) Working hours: Monday 1st - Thursday 4th December. 9:00am-17:00pm Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
