Temporary Showroom Manager

We’re recruiting an immediately available Showroom Coordinator for an initial 3-month temporary role with a leading design brand based in Manchester City Centre. You’ll be responsible for managing the front of house and overall showroom experience, ensuring every visitor — from designers to architects — receives a warm, professional welcome. This is a hands‑on role that combines hospitality, facilities management, and client care. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations and deliver a first‑class client experience. Oversee showroom facilities — opening/closing, maintenance coordination, and supply replenishment (coffee, paper, etc.). Prepare and support client meetings and events, maintaining a polished, design‑focused environment. Liaise with internal teams to ensure the space reflects the brand’s premium standards. What We’re Looking For Experience in a front‑of‑house, showroom, or facilities management role. Professional, personable, and highly organised. Comfortable multitasking and taking ownership of presentation and upkeep. Must be immediately available to start.
