Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the implementation and development of a robust global compliance programme. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage shifting priorities, and enjoys working across diverse projects. What You'll Be Doing Supporting and coordinating projects across the global compliance programme. Managing both large, complex initiatives and smaller, high‑detail compliance tasks. Identifying areas for improvement and proactively contributing to process enhancement. Helping foster a culture of ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability across worldwide operations. Working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance standards are upheld consistently. What We're Looking For Experience within compliance, legal, risk, governance, or a related discipline. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Ability to work effectively in fast‑moving, international environments. Why This Role?
