Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced batteryTechnology Expert to join a cutting -edge team in the Sustainable Energy sector. You’ll play a critical role in the research, development, and optimization of advanced battery systems, with a focus on lithium -ion, solid -state, or next -generation chemistries. This role is ideal. For a hands -on engineer or scientist with a passion for innovation in energystorage, renewable integration, and electric mobility. Job Responsibilities Lead research and development of advanced battery technologies, including material selection, cell design, and performance testing. Analyze electrochemical data to improve battery performance, safety, and longevity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including materials scientists, manufacturing engineers, and product managers. Design experiments to evaluate battery degradation, thermal behaviour, and charging protocols. Develop simulation models and testing frameworks for battery performance optimization. Contribute to technical papers, patents, and industry white papers. Evaluate new suppliers and materials for integration into battery systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and environmental requirements. Requirements Deep understanding of electrochemistry, battery materials, and energy storage systems. Hands‑on experience with lithium‑ion, solid‑state, or lithium‑sulfur battery technology. Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS) and safety protocols. Strong analytical skills in battery performance, cycle life, and failure modes. Proficiency in lab instrumentation, test automation, and data interpretation tools. Desired Skills Experience with simulation tools (COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB, Python). PhD in materials science, electrochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field. Knowledge of energy markets, EV battery trends, and grid‑scale storage. Experience in scale‑up, manufacturing process development, or industrial R&D partnerships.
