Role Overview As the Electrician, you will be responsible for completing a wide range of installation works within occupied and void social housing properties. You will work across a designated area in Stoke-on-Trent, ensuring all installations comply with current electrical regulations while delivering high-quality workmanship for tenants and clients. Key Responsibilities Carrying out domestic electrical installations within social housing properties Completing core drilling and preparing routes for cables and containment Undertaking upgrades, rewires, alterations, and general installation-based tasks Ensuring all work is delivered safely and in line with 18th Edition regulations Using a PDA or paperwork to record completed works accurately Qualifications NVQ Level 3 Gold Card 18th Edition Experience working in domestic or social housing environments Own transport and tools Pay & Benefits Day rate of £208 per day Long-term, ongoing work with a market-leading contractor Weekly pay and consistent workload Location & Travel Work available across Stoke-on-Trent Daily travel within a defined patch; mileage covered by your own vehicle If you're an experienced Electrician looking for reliable, long-term installation work within social housing, this is an excellent opportunity for you so apply now or give Sam a call on (phone number removed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
