JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and/or working conditions of the role.A market supplement is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting your hourly rate in these periods to approx. £17.96. You may also assist with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging our people to achieve or maintain independence.About Our HomeChristian Head provides a safe, caring and home-from-home environment for up to 28 residents with complex health care needs. Situated close to all facilities in the market town of Kirkby Stephen, we offer respite and residential care for those who are elderly, frail or have dementia.Working within our Residential Care Service will typically involve working shifts which usually cover between 7am until 10pm (days) or 9.30pm – 7.30am (nights), over 7 days, 365 days a year – this will include alternate weekends (as part of a set rota) and Bank Holidays.Who we are looking forWe are looking for the right people who share our vision and passion for care to join our teams across Care Services.
