Location: Monmouth (Must live in or around the specific geographic location) Accountable to: Area Partner £50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings. £25,000 to £30,000 basic salary per year, dependent on experience. The Role In this fully employed position our Partners are given the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale. Support This is not a self‑employed position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. Support includes learning and development from our team, local Property Centre assistance, the best technology and industry‑leading marketing to raise your brand awareness locally. Benefits This is a home‑based role with the security and benefits of an employed status, allowing Partners to manage their own diary and offer customers support at the time that suits them.
