Project Coordinator – AAC Clyde Space Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom About This Role AAC Clyde Space is at the forefront of small satellite technology and services. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for development opportunities in project management in the New Space Industry, a technically minded business. You will be passionate about being involved in a dynamic, fast‑paced working environment with challenging schedules for exciting missions and products. The role is responsible for supporting the Projects team involving a range of activities, aligning on the execution of projects and associated requirements across the teams. You will report to the Head of Programmes, engaging with different project teams across engineering and production. We are looking for a well‑organised, enthusiastic individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills to work proactively as part of Projects. This position offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in a fast‑growing space technology company helping to deliver innovative satellite missions. Key Responsibilities Support Project Management activities across multiple projects, ensuring tasks and resources are managed to the expected standards and timescales Consult with colleagues to develop a work plan Organise and maintain project data, reporting and communicating on any project progress‑related activities with relevant stakeholders Liaise with colleagues and teams to discuss project challenges and track mitigating actions Support or lead on customer and supplier communications Produce any required scheduled analysis and/or deliverables Distribute monthly reports, presentations, procedures, proposals and other general document requirements Support development and maintenance of PMO forms, processes and other documentation Coordinate with third‑party vendors and subcontractors to support project requirements Assist in closing out projects Skills Required Evidence of industry experience of project coordination and/or administration Proven track record and experience in project support, planning and scheduling Working knowledge of document control systems and project design Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing to a standard for professional reports and business correspondence Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills Ability to make good decisions under highly demanding, dynamic environment Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate within a multicultural team Demonstrates ownership of problems and works towards finding solutions Ability to organise self and prioritise workload in dynamic environment with tight deadlines Ability to handle and progress on multiple projects in parallel Competent IT skills including Microsoft software Proficient in English, both verbally and written Skills Desired Relevant qualification Experience working in a technical environment Previous experience working with small/medium sized companies About AAC Clyde Space AAC Clyde Space, a leading New Space company, specialises in small satellite technologies and services that enable businesses, governments and educational organisations to access high‑quality, timely data from space.
