Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our festive season, and we are recruiting for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join our AWESOME Hotel Housekeeping Team Joining the team as a Housekeeping Team Leader means you will lead a team of housekeepers, linen porters, and public area cleaners, all of whom work together to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that our guests expect and deserve on their overnight stay. You’ll lead by example, driving your team to deliver excellent guest interactions and, of course, beautifully clean and welcoming rooms and public areas. You’ll be a knowledge holder of the health and safety policies across your areas, monitor your stock levels (replenishing when needed) and motivate your team to exceed cleanliness KPI targets. The Housekeeping Team Leader is a key role in our Hotel operation, and you will drive your team to excellence by ensuring room inspections are thorough and timely, employee relations concerns are dealt with professionally in partnership with the People Team, stock levels are maintained appropriately, and your team are fully trained and assessed to deliver the high level of service that our overnight guests expect. Of course that’s just for starters This role is varied and will give the right candidate an opportunity to develop their people management skills and, in turn, have a positive impact on our guest KPIs. Please note, internally this role is known as Housekeeping Frontline Lead.
