The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs working across KS1 and KS2. You will play a key role in helping children aged 3–11 access the curriculum and develop confidence in their learning. Your role will include supporting pupils in class and during intervention sessions, assisting with differentiated activities, encouraging communication and social interaction, helping pupils manage behaviour and emotions. You will work in partnership with teachers promoting independence and inclusion for the students throughout the school day. Experience in a SEN or primary setting is advantageous.
