Job Description Exciting Temp to Perm opportunity for an IV Therapy nurse to join our Clinical Home‑Care company. This role is field based in East London and allows you to focus on 1:1 patient care. As an IV Therapies Registered General Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to patients in their homes. You will work autonomously across your allocated region using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement. You will visit up to five patients per day, deliver cannulation, patient education, and ongoing monitoring. The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, safeguarding, and incident reporting, while collaborating with Nursing Service Managers and clinical teams, managing emergencies, recognising early signs of deterioration, and making sound, risk‑based clinical decisions. This is a role for someone confident working independently, able to travel locally, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care in the community. Key Responsibilities Deliver cannulation, patient education and ongoing monitoring for up to five patients per day. Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, safeguarding and incident reporting. Collaborate with Nursing Service Managers and clinical teams. Manage emergencies, recognise early signs of deterioration and make risk‑based clinical decisions. Work independently using own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement. Benefits Full time – 40 hours per week. Temp to Perm position. £48,840 per annum (£23.48 per hour). Monday to Friday shifts. Fully community‑based role. Pension Scheme, benefits platform & 20 days holiday, mileage coverage. Qualifications and Requirements Experienced nurse with a valid NMC PIN. At least 3 years of community‑based nursing experience. Minimum 12 months of cannulation experience. High level of care and empathy to help patients achieve independence. Well‑organised and comfortable managing own workload and itinerary.
